Personal Diagnostics is a private practice established in 1988. Specifically to provide individuals and couples the unique combination of testing for drugs and all sexually transmitted diseases, as well as counseling and therapy for sexual issues, improving relationships, reducing stress and making life more manageable.

Dr. O’Connell has his Ph.D in counseling, along with over 25 years experience dealing with individuals who need help with complex issues such as stress,marriage, relationships, and sexual intimacy.
